BALTIMORE, MD. – Belfort Instrument Company, one of the country’s oldest meteorological sensor and meteorological system manufactures, has installed its Automated Weather Observation System (AWOS AV) at the Big Timber Airport (6SO), in Big Timber, Montana.
The AWOS AV provides real-time wind speed, wind direction, temperature, relative humidity, dewpoint and altimeter setting and visibility information on a graphical display at the FBO office, over the airport’s Unicom radio, via dial-in telephone, and on the Internet.
